FOR THE PEOPLE WHO RUN ENGINEERING PROGRAMS ↗

AI-ASSISTED ENGINEERING PROGRAMS

DELIVER MORE
WITH AI AGENTS.
Verified, and on the books.

Your engineers already use AI tools. Loomforth helps program leaders at R&D-heavy hardware companies turn that into delivery they can measure, verify and estimate, with the cost visible by work package instead of buried in overhead.

FROM THE POWER LOOM TO WHAT'S NEXT
01 / THE IDEA

ONCE UPON AN INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

The loom didn't just make weaving faster.
It changed the possible.

Every great tool changes the relationship between imagination and execution.

AI agents are doing it again for engineering teams. The open question is whether the program around them can see what they deliver, check it, and estimate it.

DELIVER MORE ✳ VERIFY EVERYTHING ✳ KNOW WHAT IT COST ✳

02 / THE PROBLEM

Your engineers adopted AI.
Your program controls didn't.

Most programs still plan, track and pay for work as if nothing changed. That's the gap Loomforth closes.

01 / THE QUESTION↗

FOR PROGRAM LEADERS

Do you know what AI is costing your programs?

And what it's delivering? AI spend is moving to usage billing and landing in overhead with no owner, while review and test load grow quietly. Loomforth puts delivery, verification and cost on one page, by work package.

02 / WHO WE WORK WITH↗

R&D-HEAVY HARDWARE COMPANIES

Prototypes, first articles, real programs.

Defense suppliers, robotics and industrial automation, medical device R&D, and energy engineering. Teams of 50 to 1,000 engineers already paying for AI tools, where agents get used first because no certification gate stands in the way yet.

03 / THREE WAYS IN

Not a theory.
A working practice.

Loomforth grows out of building a ten-repo engineering platform with AI agents, measured the way a program manager measures work: tests, gates, defect turnaround and cost. Every engagement starts with one program and a result you can measure.

01

Program AI assessment

One to two weeks. Where AI spend sits today and how it is charged, what it is delivering, and an estimating model for your next proposal.

↗
02

AI-assisted program pilot

Six weeks. One team delivers with agents under review gates and test fixtures. You get cost per accepted work item, before and after, and a playbook your team keeps.

↗
03

Fractional program advisor

Monthly, with capped hours. Ongoing guidance as more teams adopt agents, without adding headcount.

MEASURE WHAT AI ACTUALLY DELIVERS.
THEN BUILD ON IT.

And it can start with one program.

04 / WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Louis Trebaol.
Program manager first.

Louis has spent two decades running engineering programs: systems architecture, SIGINT and electronic warfare at Northrop Grumman, program management at BAE Systems, DARPA programs, and an emerging-technologies business unit and PMO at GreenSight. He co-founded an IoT company that was acquired in 2019. Most recently, he built a ten-repo drone operations platform working alone with AI agents.
